     What do you do when life throws challenges at you? How do you act when you see something that isn’t right or could be better and needs to be changed? Do you whine, attempt to pass the buck onto someone else or do you step up to the plate?

Few things in life go smoothly and easily and often times, the call comes to take responsibility and step into position to do what needs to be done. And when it comes down to it, you have two options:
